According to the election manifesto, the Prime Minister's vision of 'village will be city' is being implemented by ensuring education, Medicare, electricity, internet and modern management. Referring to Singra, a role model in Natore, Zunaid Ahmed Palak said, "In Singra, where 30% of households had electricity in 38 years, it has been increased to 100% in the last 12 years." Even then, the state minister for ICT has expressed his firm stand against those who retaliate, not compete, when the election comes. At the same time, he expressed regret against the conspiracy in the name of criticism and called upon the workers to tell the truth without giving false accusations. Zunaid Ahmed Palak made the remarks while addressing a special extended meeting of Singra Upazila Awami League in Natore district. In the last 12 years, the country has advanced more than the previous 38 years, but the country's youngest minister thinks that there is a controversy over various issues. He said that by connecting to the internet and freelancing online, the young people of Singra are now working with big companies in Europe and America and are earning in dollars and euros. The meeting was chaired by District Awami League President Advocate Sheikh Ohidur Rahman.
